About the Owner
KC got his start in carpet cleaning in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in the late 1990s, not long after graduating from school in an entirely different field. A friend recommended him for job at the floor care company he worked for, and it turned out to be a better fit than anything he had planned. He never looked back.
More than 25 years later, the work still suits him. It keeps him active, and there is always something new to learn. Staying current means keeping up with new techniques, product innovations, and emerging technologies across the industry and beyond. That depth of experience has value beyond the job itself. KC periodically teaches cleaning classes for other companies, sharing what he has picked up over decades in the field.
KC invests in the best equipment and latest technologies available using the right method for every situation, from hot water extraction and steam cleaning to very low moisture and dry cleaning methods for carpet and upholstery, to the latest technology in tile and grout cleaning. His pressure rinsing systems clean thoroughly without harsh or caustic chemicals, leaving surfaces residue free. The results on tile and grout are often striking, bringing grout back to its original color and leaving clients genuinely amazed at the transformation.
One of the best parts of the job is the people, and their pets too. KC works in homes across the area, as well as our local art museums, schools, churches, offices, and the high rises above Sundance Square in Fort Worth and Dallas as well. From Aledo to Tanglewood and on over to Southlake to Highland Park and everywhere in between, the variety keeps things interesting and the connections keep him coming back.
